Rosa’s Kitchen “Spanish food with a touch of soul” is the slogan at Rosa’s. The menu covers everything from yucca fries; stuffed vegan plantains, and fritters to roasted pork sandwiches, mofongo, and beef and chicken platters. My twitter photo of the shimp scampi empanada drew howls of protest (“you can’t put that in an empanada!”) but it sure was tasty. And the spinach cheese empanada should win an award for best veggie empanada.
